What is an animated video invitation? Video Invitation is the latest go-to way of sending your invitation. With its vibrant animation, it surpasses traditional digital invitations. You can easily share it on popular social media networks like Facebook, Instagram, and more. Additionally, it is a cost-effective and eco-friendly alternative to paper invitations.
How do I customize my animated video invite? Our video invites are made-to-order. Once we receive your invitation details, our designers will start editing your video invitation. We'll email a draft (jpeg file) of your invite within the next 24 hrs for you to check for corrections. Once you approve it, we'll email the video invitation (mp4 file) within that day. Note: If you do not see the email, please check your Spam folder just in case it got delivered there instead of your inbox.
What final product will I receive? You will receive a digital MP4 video file which you can easily download and save to your smartphone's album or gallery. No physical item will be shipped. Final product will be sent by email.
How can I send animated invite to my guests? You can send it through Messenger, iMessage (iPhone to iPhone), Instagram, WhatsApp and Email. Both Android and iOS users can receive the video file as long as you send them using the mentioned apps. Note: We don’t recommend sending the video invite as a Text Message (SMS) as most carriers have small file size limit or data capabilities so it decreases the quality of the video making it blurry and unreadable at the recipient's end.
What is your turnaround time? Our turnaround time is 24 hours.
Can you make my animated invite in Spanish? Yes we can do it in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German & Dutch. If your language is not included in the list, please send us an email first to confirm if your language is supported before placing the order.
I wasn't able to put my personalization details during checkout, where do I send it? No worries! please send us an email with your information and we'll take care of it.
Can you change all the wordings and title? Yes we can change all the wordings on the video invite to suit your event. Ex: Wedding invitations can be changed into an invite for Bridal or Baby Shower, Save the date, Engagement Announcement, 50th Birthday, Baptism, Wedding Anniversary, Birthday Greetings, Graduation Announcement etc. Send us the wordings and we'll make the adjustments.
Can you modify the graphics on the video template? We cannot change the graphics on our templates.
Can you change the background music? Yes, please refer to the Add-Ons section for your special requests.
Can you insert a hyperlink to the video invitation? It is not possible to insert a hyperlink or clickable link within an mp4 file.
Can you make a custom design for me?
